Hi There, There are a lot of good general education books on the elevator worlds web site. Most large elevator companies have instalation manuals for their equipment that show you everything. Most controler companies give the info you need to show field wiring. First off what country are you from and what are you trying to build. Jim

Bob, i would strongly suggest that you just get some qualified people to do whatever you need. elevator companies are not just simply going to hand over to you their expertise or tech data. please do not attempt to build a unit on your own. elevators today are extremely complex devices that should be left to the experts. you may be building a killing machine, should you do this on your own.
