fujitec 350 mic this controller has a board labelled pwr, it has 3 inputs from mains supply and appears to have a 110v output. my problem is this board works on one lift but not on the lift with the original fault of no 110v to the safty chain-what is this board protecting?

PWR BOARD

If the numbers on the board are pwr-c1 board it monitors the phase. It works as phase protection. It could also be the fuse on the ISWA.
