I know you TK guys know everthing about your equipment, could you please explain the theory of this device, how and why it is used and is it only located at the top of the cylnder and does it work. If you get a reading of water located in cylnder what do you do next. Thank You

Yes it`s only at the top. I haven`t had one with water in it yet but I`ve tested them for inspection purposes and they seem like they would work.
