i had an otis 211 that would get a dz fault at the top floor (2 stop) i replaced the magnets at the second floor 3 times before i found a set that worked. all the magnets i used were new, and i'm sure they were aligned properly. i tried the selector card in another car and it worked fine. anyone ever see this? possible weak magnets AND weak field effects????? thanks rob local #140

yes i have does your car move in the rails these magnets need close tolerence to work if your car moves they may miss the magnet

I think your sensor is to much sensibile. I have this problem becouse the sensor reeds the magnetic field at 35 cm !!!! You don't belive becouse is unbelivebal, but is the truth. Try to change the sensor. Best regards, Ottavio
