Can someone lead me to "official" definition of "nudging" and "dwell"?

Answers

"Nudging" is defined on p. 95 of "NEIP Elevator Terms".

"Dwell-time" is explained on p. 75 of "The Vertical Transportation Handbook" by George R. Strakosch, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

These are the nearest thing to "official" definitions I know of.
