I agree with you re putting in a PERMANANENTLY DISPLAYED (sp?) FAQ at the top of both forums. The continual lack of one for is a grand metaphor for what I experienced in my days as a programmer in the '70s: comp. sci. people don't empathize too well with non-heuristic people (i.e., 'normal' people) -- PLEASE, SYSOPS, GIVE THE COMMON FOLK A BREAK BEFORE Y2K. Tnx.
