This is an apology to all that responded to the Jim Edwards thread that I started a while ago. Dianne was right, Lloyd And Jim are the same person. Truth is, Jim and Lloyd have the same problem. Both have been too caught up in the y2k crisis to consider the feelings of the people they love. Both have tried to convey the message that there were going to be BIG problems, but she is of the opinion that the gooberment will take care of all of us. I hope she's right. She will have a hard time making it if they don't, because as of now, she's on her own. I felt sorry for myself when no one answered and did it myself. An apology to you all and I'm gone!

Again I am sorry for taking up space that could have been used for a better purpose.

You were comforting yourself Lloyd. You gave yourself an answer you needed to hear. One that there ARE others going through the same thing,..you are not alone in this situation. Not much different than people who talk to themselves through hard times.

Lloyd, there are others...take comfort in the fact that many "real" people replied to your thread with their heartfelt understanding, best wishes, and some had similar circumstances. It's not wasted space. For some here,..it doesn't hurt to talk about how y2k affects relationships.

Don't be "gone"...hang around...if your feeling awful right now, this is the place to be. There's no one here gonna judge you Lloyd, we're sick of being judged ourselves. Dig deep down inside of yourself and find that survivalism that got you into this mess to begin with ;-) and rely on it.

Oh, Lloyd, don't worry about it. It is a time of stress. I only wonder if there haven't been other problems in the marriage that are just coming out in this way at this time. Maybe you just need to look at some of that. Anyway, God bless.
