Brian, Thanks very much for posting this over here. For people who need something definitive to mail to their DGI loved ones, this is the one article needed. "Fourteen percent of wastewater plants..." When is our government gonna get the captain out of his bunk, up to the ship's wheel and to the "AH-OOGA" horn to sound the alarm? More tomatoes in the canner. Do M&Ms come in the convenient 50-pound bag?
