Correlation of CVA to People Value Added : LUSENET : Customer Value Councils : One Thread

We currently have a CVA model (three years old and evolving) and a People-Added-Value model (we perform an annual survey of our employees and have a process by which responses are analyzed in business areas and action plans developed and implemented).

We are looking to better understand and strengthen the linkages between PVA and CVA as part of enhancing our value model. Does anyone else out there have PVA or something similar? Have you established clear connections between employee attitudes and behavior and customer value? Any resources that might be helpful?
