FOCUS groups : LUSENET : Customer Value Councils : One Thread

I am interested in launching some focus groups to both improve my survey/cv data gathering & analysis as well as get some good feedback from customers about what sorts of new products and services they are interested in. Does anybody out there have a good resource or they can recommend (a firm or reference material)? Additionally, for those of you with some experience in this area, could you provide some "do's & don'ts" or recommendations on techniques? Plese keep in mind that my particpants are also in industry and not in the consumer realm. Thanks for your help! See you in Phoenix! -NV
