We have 80 elevators in various stages of life. Some are really old. Parts are impossible to find. Service...Ha! Are there any guidelines to support when to stop trying to patch together equipment and start modernization efforts. Money is not free flowing here but we might be able to beg some if I had some industry back-up. Anyone know of magazine articles or reprints on this subject?
