Wait Time

Good elevatoring wait times in office towers should not exceed 30 seconds during peak period. Anything longer is not acceptable. There are many factors that can delay elevator arrival. More often than not the equipment is detuned due to poor maintenance practises. Rather than do the maintenance contractors try to sell an equipment upgrade. Hope this helps
