I recently stopped by one of my local camera shops and noticed that they had their "professional" B&W film sitting out at room temperature. I had always believed that all "professional" films should be refrigerated until used. When I asked the guy about it, he said that they keep their color "professional" film in the fridge, but not the B&W.

What is your take on storage of B&W film? I use Ilford Delta films and would rather keep a couple of steaks in the fridge in place of my bulk loaders, if I could get away with it.
