Yes. Lutheran confirmations are not considered valid by the Catholic Church either.

Just FYI, Eastern Orthodox confirmations are considered valid by the Catholic Church. (Since Vatican II, Eastern Orthodox can join the Catholic Church by a profession of faith alone, without having to go through RCIA.)
