Answers

First off, you only need to make one post, and second off, you will mainly only find those two in rmvb format. YOu can find my hime 1-18 at www.animeotaku.info for direct download, but you have to post in the forum before you can download.

If you dont want them in rmvb format then you can either use torrent or pay someone to download them in torrent for you. As far as me, I have all of Yu Yu Hakusho (1-103) in AVI, but that is cus I used torrent files. (I also have my hime 1-21 in AVI format)

We have 1-21 in HQ rmvb format at www.mystic-chambers.com
These arent like your normal 35-60MB rm and rmvb files. They are the same quality as AVI files, but about half the size.
