I am engaged to a greek orthodox man and would like some advice on where we can get marriage. Is there a way to have two marriage ceremonies? Both my fiancee and I would like to be marriaed in our respective churches. is this possible?

No. Having two separate exchanges of vows is forbidden by Catholic Canon Law. Please speak to your priest about arranging for a single ceremony in which clergy of both churches take part.
