It appears that Beetle Bella is getting to be in rough shape -- the door does not open or close properly, the gas card is inoperable, the headliner is coming apart, and the fluids are low. No one has signed the maintenance book in recent history, so that might not be an effective strategy to maintain cars. What's going on with Zipcar maintenance?
