You can get Love Love episodes as direct downloads at www.anime.roel.no-ip.info It's just that there is a download limit for each day so you have to try again next day if the limit is already exceeded. When you enter the site click "Anime". Then it takes you to page where you can browse animes. There are 20 pages of them and Love love is found on page 12. The whole time there's the server status on the left (Is the download limit exceeded already and if it is then when will it restart, etc.)
