Foreign Language Weekend - 120 words, what can be cut? On March 4, from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. the foreign language department, along with the help of many students, will host the annual International Food Tasting festival. Tickets will go on sale on March 2, for two dollars each. In the same weekend, on March 6, from 9:00 A.M., the foreign language department will host the International Festival for Middle School Students. The festival will be held in the MLWGS commons. Tickets for this event are 5 dollars a piece at the door. The fun ends at 2:30 in the afternoon. Many MLWGS students are helping to put together both events. Some are baking food, while others are creating games and skits for other students and visitors to enjoy.

Way to go, Jason. Say, is this too long?

Middle school students at the International Language Festival enjoyed music, games, food, fun and prizes Saturday, March 5 in the commons. With a five-dollar registration fee, the event, sponsored by Mrs. Barrett Brown, was open to all middle school students in participating counties.

The festival, featuring almost every level of foreign language offered, was an opportunity for prospective students to experience our school and the diverse opportunities that it offers.
