You can get Angelic Layer from www.manga-daisuki.com but it's not complete, they only have up to vol.5 I think. Have you tried www.bwys.cjb.net? They have quite a lot of Clamp works. If you're looking for X/1999 you can get it off #ckmoney@irchighway.irc.net

Since a lot of the series you want are licensed you might have to get them from IRC. The other alternative is bittorrent. You can get the complete series of Magic Knight Rayearth, Wish and Miyuki-chan in Wonderland from www.boxtorrents.com. Box torrents might also have the other series that you're looking for.
