Product availability lights on Saeco 7P

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Coffee Related Buy/Sell/Trade : One Thread

I have a Saeco 7P here in my office and all the availbility lights are green (identifying all products are available) however the product bin for cappucino is empty. How can I fix this? What steps need to be taken to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks.

Why aren't you calling your Canmax rep to help?

I currently don't have a Canmax rep. This machine was bought via alternate sources.

Hello Brent

By you saying the cappuccino hopper, I am assuming you mean the 3rd hopper nearest the door opening? This is a soluable powder hopper, fill it with any soluable powder such a General Foods Internation Coffee mixes.

Thanks David, my concern is not what type of product to put into the product bin, my concern is the lights are always green on the front of the machine so my customers may choose to purchase a product that the machine may not have. How can I fix the machine to show red lights and disallow purchase when a product is out? Thanks again.
