why are both the cars kept at peter cooper i think 1 car should be at peter cooper,and other at stuyvesant, or depending on the usage i think another car should be addd to stuyvesant.

I think the answer is simple: All the parking in Stuy Town is open to the public, while the two spots on PC Road are specifically reserved for the Zipcars. Stuy Town would have to take away a spot from the general public to place a Zipcar there, and I don't think that would go over too well.
