GO to www.google.com and search for "anime torrent" without the quotation marks and look at any of the hits that come up. They will all give you lists of anime torrent sites. The very first one is:

http://home.quicknet.nl/qn/prive/romeria/animesites.htm

It gives you a list of dozens of anime torrent sites. It is that easy to find things.
