stm slipper clutch

hi. i was wondering if anyone had any experience with the stm slipper clutch. i locked up the rear wheel downshifting a little to harshly today and i thought how nice somthing like a slipper clutch would be! any opinions would be appreciated. pw

I've used the STM slipper clutch on my Ducatis--they work very good at eliminating the "dreaded rear wheel hop" even on fast downhill turns. The unit is much lighter than stock--so you feel it on the acceleration too. I think we are going to get a few of them in stock - I'm goint to try it on our project bike...
