ok, i downloaded and installed mirc, and i joined #shoujomagic channel thing since i was reading the mirc guide there. after i followed every steps, i finally got it right. but all i can see is people chatting, and i don't see a single downloads. where is it!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

You have to type !list in the channel and then all this crap pops out. After that you look for a File Server(Fserver) and it you just have to type what it says. Ex: /ctcp Marsh's MANGA!! If you don't type it exactly how it is then it won't work. Once the chat opens you type /dir to see the folders and then /cd *folder name* (without the stars). Then you type /dir again to see what's inside and to get a file you want you have to type /get *file name* (without the stars).
