Hi, I am looking to buy or have built a drive thru espresso building, must be done to CA specs which I have. I will have full hook ups to all utilities. Building needs to be 10ft by 25ft and able to be moved at a future date, eventually tho road will be wider and I will have to relocate on the same property. I am in SO CA.
