u can go www.otakusavior.com and get it from them. They use streamload to transfer the files

Since it's licensed it's extremely difficult to find direct downloads of Kare Kano. You can only get vol.1-10 off mIRC,from #ckmoney@irchighway.irc.net, that's where I got mine from.
