I really hate making threads like this, but I can't find any sites that have Tactics up for direct download. Anime Otaku has episodes 1-4, although it is very slow, and that only covers a small part of it. Animeu.com has more recent things, but that doesn't cover the middle. So, does anyone know where I can find Tactics for direct download? Thanks!

Hmm...it seems that http://anime.roel.no-ip.info/Tactics/?p=2 has it, but I can't get it to work. (So I'm still looking)
