Where is there a english version of the ending song to the original dragonball series, I think its called Romance or something like that. Can someone help me?

The song you're thinking of is "ROMANTIKKU Ageru Yo!". I prefer the Japanese version of the song, but the English version is...*gulp*...Actually not half bad. Sorry though, don't know where you can download it.
