I came to the US with my parents when i was 10 years old in 1995 and they filed for an asylum case. We were denied the case in 1997, because our lattorney was incompitant ( she lost her lawyers license after our case). But we were given a chance to appeal. We got a new lawyer and appealed the case but we got denied again in 2004. I lived in the US for 9 years and was now 19 when we had to leave. The immigration gave us an order of deportation and we left to canada since we couldn't go back to the country we came from because we were afraid. I met my fiance while i was in the US, we were together for 2 years and wanted to get married but because i was deported we were not able to do that. Now i live in canada and we will be getting married here, but i want to know if i have a chance of coming back to live with my future husband, because i never violated anything when i lived in the US. We were asked to leave and we left. But my fiance will be joining the marines in the near future and i want to be able to live with him.
