if the chapeters arent yet released in japan then hows the entire anime completed in japan?

Cause the manga and the anime are different. The ending will be different too. New characters appeared in anime. So anime is finished, although movie will be released in summer. And manga is still going. The same thing about another series like Inuyasha.
