Ingredients

1 cup corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup peanut butter
4 1/2 cups corn flakes
1 cup semi-sweet or dipping chocolate

Process

In a large saucepan, bring 1 cup corn syrup and 1 cup granulated sugar to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add corn flakes and stir until coated evenly. Drop by spoonful on to waxed paper. Melt chocolate and drizzle on top of cookies.

Let set for approximately 25 minutes.
