i am fed up with renting and now want to get a mortgage for a place. problem is, i have ccjs. anyone know of a decent lender that will not exploit me becuse of this? cheers deb

You're mad if you want to buy a property now ! Even if you hate renting, hold out for approx two years, get rid of CCJ's and then take advantage of the drop in house prices. And there is not one lender who will not take adavntage of you, ever even in the good times.
