What if ex-spouse lies to tribunal

What happens if one's ex-spouse lies to the tribunal in his or her written testimony? Does that render his or her testimony invalid?

How does this affect the progress of the annulment case?

Both parties have the opportunity to provide input, including the testimony of witnesses. It is then the responsibility of the tribunal to weigh all the evidence submitted, to address inconsistencies and contradictions before making a determination, and to reach a decision based on the truth.
