Moses,

I don't immerse kids.

I have baptized and consecrated children to Yahweh and his son Jesus.

Immersing a child is not that good. They are still afraid of being under water.

Older children - even some as young as 3 or 4 - have no problem being under water for a few moments. They do it themselves all the time while swimming. Infants of course should not be immersed, which is one reason why they were baptized by pouring of water from the earliest days of the Church.

In the earliest days--during the time of Jesus and the apostles., we see no examples of infants being baptised at all.

This is something that the individual chooses. It is a faith issue.

Babies can't choose Christ yet.

Infant baptism started because people wrongly thought that this baptism ritual in water is what saves, and they feared that if this baby died before it was baptised that it would go to hell.

This stems from missing what is the real saving baptism--a baptism of the Holy Spirit which comes to us by faith.

"In the earliest days--during the time of Jesus and the apostles., we see no examples of infants being baptised at all."

Exactly, there are no examples of infants being baptized in the New Testament...

"This is something that the individual chooses. It is a faith issue."

Actually, it is an obedience to the gospel issue... Not faith alone...

"Babies can't choose Christ yet."

That is correct... Infants have no sin that needs to be cleansed...

"Infant baptism started because people wrongly thought that this baptism ritual in water is what saves, and they feared that if this baby died before it was baptised that it would go to hell."

No, actually infant baptism started because Catholics wrongly taught that one inherits the sin of Adam... Baptism does save, it does not however save infants who are not capable of obeying the gospel...

"This stems from missing what is the real saving baptism--a baptism of the Holy Spirit which comes to us by faith."

There is no such thing as Holy Spirit baptism...
