HI. I'VE READ ALOT OF POSTS HERE & REPLIED TO SOME. SO I WANTED TO SHARE WHAT I FOUND OUT ABOUT A SUPPLEMENT CALLED "SAM'E". I DON'T SELL THE STUFF, BUT IT REALLY WORKS FOR ME. I ALSO TAKE A FEW OTHER THINGS, BUT NOTHING HAS WORKED LIKE THIS STUFF. IT'S ACTUALLY AN ANTIDEPRESSANT, BUT THE ARTHRITIS WEBSITES ARE SAYING IT WORKS FOR ARTHRITIS TOO. SO, I TRIED IT. I WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR RELIEF FROM THE PAIN. I'VE HAD A PAO ON EACH HIP, AS WELL AS ABOUT 12 OTHER PROCEDURES, SO EVEN WHEN A SURGERY IS A SUCCESS, I THINK YOU STILL HAVE ARTHRITIS JUST FROM THE CUTTING OF THE BONES. SO, NOW I CAN WALK AROUND LIKE A "NORMAL" PERSON, EXCEPT FOR THE LIMP. I'M ABOUT A 1-2 ON THE 10 SCALE, AND I WAS A 6-9 BEFORE THE SAM'E STUFF. I'M TAKING 800 MILLIGRAMS A DAY, AND MIGHT TRY 1200 JUST FOR A WEEK TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS. THEY ALSO SAY IT RE-GROWS CARTILAGE, BUT I CAN'T SEE IN THERE SO I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE! IF I CAN BE OF HELP, CONTACT ME. THANKS, CARLA

January 23, 2005. Hi Carla, I have just read your testimonial.A few weeks ago I was diagnosed with a: "Polymyalgia Rheumatica" and the doctor prescribed me 'corticoesteroides"; but I read about the side effects and I am not happy whit them, however my pains has reduced 60%...I have been thinking about trying natural supplements. Can you telle me more details about this supplement that you talked about?("Sam'E). Thank you in advance, Patricia.
