uhhh...1.) they have been released by any fansubbers yet. 2.) when they have, you can try getting them at animeu.info or narutofan.com (but you have to donate). You can try dbzdivx.com too, but all of these sites a have been having bandwith problems recently so good luck.

well, www.bsx-media.com has all of them to 125 or something, and they're putting new ones every week. But there are some flaws.

Theres heaps of people trying to download stuff at the same time, so you have to try over and over again (sometimes) to get it to start downloading. Also, sometimes the download works but then you cant watch it, then u have to try downloading it AGAIN. but the majority of them work.
