I know this anime is old but just wondering whether it is good or not... does anybody have recommendation on this anime?

Well I've only seen like three episodes of it, when I was at a family's house that had satallite. It's on TechTV...or was at least, I dunno that was a few years ago but I thought it was pretty cool. Have no clue were you can download it though, I was looking for this too, but I couldn't member the name, If I find something I'll let you know
