I read a recent article with statistics that indicated a significant decrease in the numbers of black teenagers giving birth. It appears to be the results of more African American teenagers chosing abstinence. Praise the Lord.

This is definitely worth shouting about. Hopefully this can start a trend for all teenagers. And if the unmarried adults grab hold to the idea of abstinence, we will get a significant decrease in number of cases of HIV/AIDS.
