Mini DV cassette not being readgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Dirck Halstead : One Thread
I have a Panasonic PV-DV203D camcorder. When I put the miniDV in it seems to notice that it is in there, but it will not record nor view the footage on the tape. I have tested numerous tapes and it has the same problem with all of them, and yet the tapes will still work on a different camcorder. What do you think is wrong with that camcorder and how can I fix it? Any honest tips or ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -Jamie Stroud

have you test the motor driver fuse? if ok, some times the flat cable can block the mechanism, because have some conductive points in two or more points, and it make a short circuit or mal function in the driver motor.
I think it can help you, but sorry because my english is really bad.
