We're alive and well. This is primarily a member forum, so we don't rush to answer every question. We also like to see what other members come up with and routinely make use of the information there. Current threads of interest include the invoice (soon to be radically revised and improved) and the discussions on cancellation and late fees.

We are also looking at some forum models to take in our own website and hope to generate more traffic and feedback...
