a friend of mine a "Legal Resident" was charged with "trafficking in cocane" he was adjudicaded "delinquent" at the age of 15 back in the year 1994. as a consequence he had to serve a two years probation which was succesfully completed. The question is, can this possibly cause him any problens if he tries to become a (US. Citizen)?

He will have a hard time becoming a US citizen with a criminal record, Not impossible but very difficult to get a US passport with any sort of criminal activity even a small one
