Original Video Anime, if memory serves. It copuld also be "Original Animated Video". Both definitions are valid.

I am pretty sure OST means Original Sound Track.

OVA means original video animation. Some people use the term OAV which is the same thing. OVAs are anime that is only released on DVD in japan.
