hi , i am new to this site. i hope this site will help to find the answer for my question. my question is ? i have some 10 cd with video files. i mean vcd with .dat files. i just want to burn those vcd into dvd. can u please tell me which software is useful to do this converseion? i also tried some software and i tried to convert those.dat file to mpeg or avi. but when i try to burn those files in dvd. it occupies large amount of spaces. i mean in 1 cd i have 14 .dat files. when i try to burn to dvd. 1 dvd occupies only 16 files. i don't know why. is there compression needed before we try to burn. i am using roxio cd and dvd creator. i am waiting for your reply. -thanks
