Actually you can just search the questions in the forum... Anyway, for one piece you can go to http://groups.msn.com/onepiecemanga and the continuation is at http://groups.msn.com/onepiecemangav-2. They do not serve direct downloads though. You have to read them online or if you want to save them, you have to save them page by page.

Naruto is shaman king and saiyuki are at http://groups.msn.com/forevermangascans but again this site is the same as above. In actual fact, right now I'm saving Saiyuki page by page. =)

For Rave and Kyo I think you have to get them through IRC since they are licensed by Tokyopop already. i don't think anyone will still have them in net other then irc.

FMA and Samurai X you can just check in this forum. I've seen the, before...

if for "samurai X" you mean "rurouni Kenshin" you can find the whole manga (bt) at boxtorent.com in the manga section, actually in the series section you can find the anime.
