the holy souls in purgatory have already been judged and found worthy of eventual entrance into heaven. there is no judgement after entering purgatory, only penance and eventual entrance into heaven.

what you should worry about is what will happen to the souls on earth...

The holy souls will all have been completely purified and healed. Their time of penance will definitely be over by then! Clothed in glory and radiant in beauty, they will accompany their Lord in joy and be welcomed into the eternal Kingdom.

Or in other words, they will be set free from purgatory, will stand righteous before Christ the Judge, and will enter into heavenly glory.
