http://www.womble.com sells two video editors. MPEGVCR is a MPEG-1 only video editor. MPEG2VCR edits MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video. I use MPEG2VCR all the time and I highly recommend it. TMPGenc (http://www.tmpgenc.net) can also be used to edit video, but a lot of people who use it have audio synchronization problems.

You can use Honestech's Video Editor. They have a trial version available from their website http://www.honestech-e.com/

You can pause the movie on your favourite scene. Then press the 'print screen' button which situates in the first row of your key board. Open MS Paint or other programs which are standing with picture matters. Choose 'paste' from edit menu. Cut off unnessessary parts of the printed screen picture.
