A SASPARILLA ART DECO LAMP

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Art Deco Society of Washington : One Thread

I have an identical lamp to Frankart's 1920s style "Silhouette Nymph on Square Base Lamp Right Side - D-132." On the back of the base (bulb side) which projects out to support the bulb pole there are raised characters on three sides which read as follows: (short side) NYC, (wide side above where cord enters back of base) SARSAPARILLA, (short side) 132. Where the cord enters the base, below SARSAPARILLA, the short projection is marked HEYCO.

I have done a google search and have come up empty. Please help me identify this lamp.

A correction: it's SARSAPARILLA, as typed in the body of my post!

I did a search for Frankart reissues and came up with the answers to my questions above. So, to all reading this mess, I apologize.
