Well for romantic mangas i suggest: Ceres (or Ayashi No Ceres), MARS, Fushigi Yuugo (or Fushigi Yugi), and Peach Girl is ok but the drawings aren't exactly what SOME might consider great

Ceres and MARS have certain sexual situations so if you dont like that then i guess dont read (and Fushigi Yuugi and Peach Girl eventually end up with some) but I really LOVE Ceres and it is probably the best for funny and romantic and cute.

I dont know any sites that carry them specifically but http://Ayashi.net has Ceres TRANSLATIONS...
