St. Amarand of Albi (French, Benedictine abbot, bishop, 8th century)
St. Amaranthus (French, martyred in 3rd century)
Bl. Antony Baldinucci of Florence [Antonio] (Italian, Jesuit priest, died at age 52 in 1717 [beatified 1893])
St. Auctus, Taurion, and Thessalonica, of Amphipolis (Greek, early martyrs)
St. Blinlivet of Quimperlé (French, bishop of Vannes, 9th century)
St. Congar [or Cyngar] (British, monk)
St. Engelbert of Berg (German, nobleman, once excommunicated, archbishop of Cologne, martyred by stabbing at about age 40 in 1225)
St. Ernest of Zwiefalten [Ernst] (German, Benedictine abbot, preacher in Persia and Arabia during Crusade, tortured and martyred by Moslems in 1148 at Mecca)
St. Florentius of Strasbourg (Irish, bishop in France, c. 693)
Bl. Francis of Jesus Mary and Joseph Palau y Quer of Lerida [Francisco de Jesus Maria y Jose] (Spanish, Dominican priest, founded Institute of the Sisters of Missionary Carmelites, founded Sisters of the Tertiary Missionary Carmelites, died at age 60 in 1872 [beatified 1988])
Bl. Gertrude of Remiremont (French, Benedictine abbess, c. 690 [beatified 1051])
St. Herculanus of Perugia (Italian, bishop, martyred by beheading [after being flayed] in 549)
St. Hieron, Nicander, Hesychius and 30 companions, of Mitilene (Armenian, martyred c. 300)
Sts. Hyacinth Castañeda Gia of Sétavo [Jacinto] and Vincent Lê Quang Liêm of Tra Lu ([1] Spanish, Dominican missionary priest in China and Vietnam and [2] Vietnamese, Dominican priest ... tortured and martyred by beheading at about ages 30 and 41 in 1773 [beatified 1906, canonized in 1988])
St. John Baptist Con of Ke Bang (Vietnamese, married layman, catechist, martyred by beheading at about age 35 in 1840 [beatified 1900, canonized 1988])
Bl. Lucy of Bologna [Lucia] (Italian, Camaldolese nun, 12th century)
Bl. Margaret Colonna of Palestrina [Margherita] (Italian, noblewoman, abbess, died at age 26 in 1284 [beatified 1847]) [commemorated by some on December 30]
St. Melasippus, Carina, and Antoninus, of Ancyra (Turkish, parents and son, martyred [parents under torture, child by beheading] in 360)
Bl. Patrick Fleming of Lagan [baptized Christopher] (Irish, Franciscan priest, ecclesiastical historian, teacher, martyred in Bohemia [Czech Republic] by Lutheran peasants in 1631 at age 32)
St. Peter Wu Guo-sheng of Long-ping (Chinese, layman, catechist of 600 converts, martyred by strangulation at age 46 in 1814 [beatified 1900])
St. Prosdocimus of Padua (Greek, bishop in Italy, c. 100)
St. Raverranus of Séez (French, Benedictine monk, bishop, d. 682)
St. Rufus of Metz (French, bishop, c. 400)
St. Tremorus of Brittany (French, infant, martyred [with mother, beheaded by stepfather] in 6th century)
Bl. Vincent Grossi of Pizzighettone [Vincenzo] (Italian, parish priest, founded the Institute of the Sons of the Oratory, died at age 72 in 1917 [beatified 1975])
St. Willibrord of Northumbria ["Apostle of Frisians"] (British, Benedictine missionary in Germany, bishop in Luxembourg, died at about age 81 in 739)
